Denver Margarita Truck for Private Parties, Weddings & Company Events

Same truck.

Completely different reason for bringing it.

A backyard birthday doesn’t need the same thing a wedding needs.

And a company launch has a very different job than somebody turning 40 and making questionable decisions with their friends.

That’s why we don’t really think of MÁS MARGS as one service shoved into four different packages.

The event changes what the truck is there to do.

Here’s what we mean.

Margarita Truck for Private Parties

Private parties are dangerous.

Not actually dangerous.

Usually.

But they’re the ones where people start with:

“Nothing crazy.”

And somehow two weeks later there’s a DJ, catered food, forty extra people, somebody ordering patio furniture at midnight...

and now you’re looking at a blacked-out ’77 Chevy Margarita Truck thinking:

Yeah. Fuck it. Put that in the backyard too.

Honestly?

That’s kind of our favorite version of this:

... No ballroom schedule.

... No corporate agenda.

... No one announcing that “cocktail hour has now begun.”

Just people over.

Music on.

Truck parked somewhere it probably wasn’t designed to fit.

Window opens.

And now your backyard has a bar in it.

A real one.

Not a folding table somebody hid behind a tablecloth.

Not a bartender fighting for six inches of counter space next to the potato salad.

A bar people actually want to walk over to.

And because it’s your party...

you get to make the rules.

Birthday? Great.

Anniversary? Sure.

Engagement? Works.

Forty people coming over because you finally finished the backyard and now everybody apparently needs to see it?

Honestly, that may be the best reason yet.

Could you keep it simpler?

Obviously.

Cooler full of beer.

Bottle of tequila.

Couple limes.

Done.

And if that’s the party you want, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

But if you’re already spending money to make the night good...

and you’re already thinking about the food...

and the music...

and who’s coming...

and what the whole thing is going to feel like once everybody gets there...

then “good enough” starts getting a little less interesting.

That’s usually where MÁS MARGS sneaks into the conversation.

Not because you need it.

You don’t.

Because once you can see the truck sitting there...

it gets annoyingly hard to unsee it.

BRING THE TRUCK TO MY PARTY

Margarita Truck for Weddings

Weddings are weird.

Beautiful.

Emotional.

Expensive as hell.

And somehow capable of turning perfectly normal people into full-time project managers for nine months.

Flowers.

Menus.

Seating charts.

Linens.

Signs.

A tiny font nobody will remember choosing.

By the time the day gets there, you’ve made about four thousand decisions.

So here’s one that’s refreshingly simple:

Put a blacked-out ’77 Chevy Margarita Truck at the wedding.

That’s it.

No explanation needed.

Nobody has to be told why it’s cool.

They see it.

They walk over.

They start ordering drinks.

And suddenly one part of the wedding feels less like “wedding stuff” and more like an actual place people want to hang out.

Which is useful.

Because weddings already have enough things people politely admire and then walk away from.

The truck tends to have the opposite problem.

People stay too long.

The wedding party drifts over.

Somebody orders whatever their friend just got.

The groom disappears for twenty minutes.

Nobody is shocked.

Could you do the bar another way?

Obviously.

There are a thousand wedding bars.

Some of them are really nice.

Some of them have flowers stapled to them.

Some are beige enough to disappear entirely.

Nothing wrong with that.

But if you’ve already spent months making sure the wedding feels like yours...

it seems a little strange to stop caring right when you get to the bar.

MÁS MARGS is for the couples who want one thing in the night that doesn’t look like it came from the same wedding folder everybody else downloaded.

And once you can see the truck sitting outside your venue...

good luck getting that image out of your head.

YEAH. WE WANT THE TRUCK.

Margarita Truck for Corporate Events & Brand Activations

Company events have a talent for looking expensive...

and still feeling like work.

Nice venue.

Good food.

DJ.

Rental furniture.

Logo on the napkins.

Everybody standing around pretending they didn’t check Slack ten minutes ago.

You know the type.

So sometimes the answer isn’t adding more event stuff.

Sometimes you just need one thing people actually want to go mess with.

That’s where the truck earns its keep.

It rolls in...

People notice.

Then, for once, nobody has to be told where to stand.

Or what to photograph.

Or what to go “engage with.”

They just do it.

Because there’s a blacked-out ’77 Chevy with a cocktail bar hacked into the side of it and somebody is making margaritas through the window.

That tends to handle the engagement part for you.

And if you’re doing a launch or brand activation?

Even better.

Because people photograph things they like.

They talk about things they like.

They stand around things they like.

Which is a hell of a lot more useful than forcing everybody into a branded photo booth and hoping enthusiasm happens.

Could you just hire a bartender?

Of course.

Probably cheaper too.

But if you’re already spending real money to get people in the room...

it seems kind of dumb to make the bar the least interesting thing there.

MÁS MARGS works best for companies and brands that want the event to feel less like a scheduled obligation...

and more like something people would’ve gone to even if nobody from HR reminded them.

LET'S PUT THE TRUCK THERE

Margarita Truck for Milestone Birthdays, Launches & Other Events

Some events are easy to explain:

Wedding.

Birthday.

Company party.

Done.

Then there’s the other stuff:

... Rehearsal dinners.

... Grand openings.

... Real estate launches.

... Fundraisers.

... Automotive events.

... Hotel events.

... Creative events.

... VIP parties.

... Outdoor dinners.

And the occasional idea somebody came up with late at night that somehow survived into an actual budget.

Those are usually interesting.

Because when the event doesn’t fit into a neat little category...

people are normally trying to do something a little different anyway.

Good.

That saves us some time.

If there’s room for the truck, people showing up, and a halfway decent reason to make margaritas...

we’re listening.

Maybe it’s the thing parked outside the opening.

Maybe it sits next to the cars at an automotive event.

Maybe it’s at a fundraiser.

Maybe it’s the bar at a rehearsal dinner that was supposed to be “low-key” right up until somebody found this website.

Whatever.

The truck has a way of making sense once it’s there.

Could you use a normal bar?

Sure.

That’s always an option.

But if the whole reason for throwing the event is to give people something they haven’t already seen...

starting with the same bar setup they’ve seen a hundred times feels a little backwards.

Sometimes the weird choice is the one that makes the most sense.

LET’S SEE IF THIS WORKS

Not Every Event Needs MÁS MARGS

Some events need drinks.

That’s it.

People show up.

Somebody pours tequila.

Everybody has a nice time.

Nothing catches fire.

Success.

And if that’s all you need?

Honestly, MÁS MARGS is probably unnecessary.

There are easier ways to serve alcohol.

Cheaper ones too.

That’s not a knock.

It’s just true.

Where MÁS MARGS starts making sense is when you’re already looking at the event thinking:

I don’t want this to feel like every other damn thing I’ve been to.

Maybe the food is already good.

Maybe the venue is ridiculous.

Maybe you’ve got the DJ, the lighting, the guest list, the whole thing handled.

And the idea of sticking a folding bar in the corner suddenly feels like putting plastic hubcaps on a really nice car.

Technically?

Still works.

Just feels a little wrong.

That’s the difference.

MÁS MARGS isn’t something you add because the party needs alcohol.

You add it because the party needs a little more personality.

A little more life.

One thing people actually want to mess with instead of politely admiring for six seconds.

So no...

not every event needs MÁS MARGS.

Probably most don’t.

But if you’re still reading this and mentally figuring out where the truck would sit?

Yeah.

Yours might.

YEAH. MINE MIGHT.
